Job Description

• Warmly welcoming and seating guests.
• Taking orders and providing menu recommendations.
• Prompt and accurate food and  beverage service.
• Addressing guest concerns and fulfilling their requests for a satisfying experience.
• Maintaining a clean and well-organized dining area.
• Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality industry experience (preferred but not required).
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Keen attention to detail and a positive attitude

Salary and Benefits

Salary Range: The compensation for this position varies from R5,000 to R7,000 per month, depending on experience and performance. In addition to your base salary, you will have the opportunity to earn tips.
