Position Overview

The business is seeking an individual to manage redundant, obsolete, and aging stock. This role will involve identifying opportunities to sell, repurpose, or write off stock as necessary.

Reporting Structure

The ROA Stock Controller will report to the Group Intrusion Product Manager.

Qualifications and Attributes

 Essential:

– Proficient in computer skills

– Punctual with excellent time management

– Ability to work independently and be self-motivated

– Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office

– Capability to work collaboratively within a team and manage personnel

– Keen attention to detail

– Strong administrative skills

– Technical knowledge of security products, including CCTV, access control, and intrusion systems

Desirable:

– Basic knowledge of SAP

Key Responsibilities

– Reduce and manage ROA stock

– Assist with administrative tasks related to ordering stock or parts, including requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices

– Compile weekly management reports

– Maintain effective inventory control of ROA stock orts
