Requirements
What you need to qualify:
- You must have an NQF 7 qualification, with a good academic record (Essential)
- Qualifying as one of these disciplines is advantageous: Actuarial Science, Industrial Engineering, Quality Assurance, Marketing and Communications, Business Management, Finance, Strategy, Economics, Data Science, Investments, IT, Industrial Psychology, Risk and Compliance, Legal, Clinical Associate, Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy
- Be unemployed with less than 2 years of working experience
- Be a South African citizen under the age of 35 years
- Not have participated in a similar programme before
- Have a strong desire to work in financial services, more specifically in the Insurance Industry
- Have evidence of participation and leadership roles
- Be highly curious and willing to learn.
