- Linen stock takes and controls
- Quality control of all linen
- Receiving orders
- Storeroom cleanliness
- Issuing stock
- Public areas
- Room maintenance and checks
- Budget management and controls
- Maintaining accurate par levels
- Housekeeping and Laundry training where required
Guest Relations
- Hosting guests for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Service
- Courtesy calls daily
- Assisting with Check-ins and check-out assisting with Early departures and late arrivals
Secondary Duties (when Lodge anchors are on off days or annual leave)
- Front Office Day sheets, gate access manifest, guest’s info., guest invoicing
