As part of AFA commitment to upskilling youth and creating work ready candidates, the proposed candidate will be enrolled in a learnership relevant to the business and the industry. The cost of the learnership course will be borne by AFA and the candidate will receive mentoring and study support to complete the learnership.
Practical work experience will be provided during work days in the AFA offices to empart skills and create work ready skills.
