Fidelity Services Group: Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, welcoming guests and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor. The Receptionist will also be responsible for answering phone calls, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
  • Keep track of office supplies and place orders when needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
