Job Description: We are seeking passionate and experienced software engineers and IT professionals to work on cutting-edge projects in the Dutch market. You will be part of a dynamic and growing team delivering software solutions for large enterprises and government organizations. This is a fully remote role, allowing you to work from anywhere in South Africa.

- Software Engineers: .NET, C#, Java, Mobile Development (iOS/Android)
- Scrum Masters
- Project Managers
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy software solutions for large-scale enterprise and government projects.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in the relevant technologies (.NET, C#, Java, Mobile Development, etc.).
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Ensure high-quality standards for all deliverables and follow industry best practices.
- Work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and clients to meet project goals and timelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Adapt to changing project requirements and technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in one or more of the following technologies:
- Software Developers: .NET, C#, Java, iOS/Android Mobile Development
- Scrum Master: Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, team facilitation
- Project Managers: Project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum), stakeholder management, and team leadership
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in remote, distributed teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
