Intercare Irene Sub-Acute Hospital (Pty) Ltd situated in Centurion, seeks an ambitious, talented, goal-drive, and self-motivated individual to fulfill the role of Unit Manager. The purpose of the position is to co-ordicoordinatee functions and activities related to the provision, promotion,n, and assurance othe f quality of patient care, excellent service to doctors, and visitors, and support services in a cost-effective manner as well as motivating, suppo,rting and optimizing staff performance and education so that an optimum contribution is made to the successful functioning of the unit.

REQUIRE.MENTS
- Diploma in General Nursing / BCur Degree
- Registered with SANC as a Registered Nurse
- At least 3 years’ expyears in a senior or shift leader role
- Previous experience within a Sub-Acute environment will be advantageous
- Computer literacy is essential
- Excellent clinical nursing skills, ability to lead subordinates to achieve objectives, conflict management, performance orientation, and teamwork
