  1. Stock Picking:
    • Confirm and pick the correct items and quantities as per the Picker Sheet.
    • Deliver items to the loading area as per the route on the Picker Sheet.
    • Check pallets for damages and keep all stock neat.
    • Ensure stock rotation is done according to prescribed methods.
    • Return stock that was incorrectly picked to the correct place.
    • Stack-picked stock in neat arrangements to avoid/minimize damage.
    • Report damages and check expiry dates.
  2. Stock Packers Job and Loading:
    • Ensure load weight is spread for stability.
    • Place and stack the load to ensure stability and protect chilled products.
    • Follow Food Hygienic Standards.
  3. Reporting & Counting:
    • Report damages and check expiry dates.
    • Record out-of-stock items in the Short Register.
    • Perform daily blind stock count.
  4. Trolley Jack Operation:
    • Only authorized staff are allowed to use the Trolley Jack.
