  • Salary: R216,417 – R254,928 per annum (exclusive of benefits)

Minimum Requirements

To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Educational Qualification: Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4)
  • Skills: Computer literacy is essential.

  • Prior administrative or clerical experience.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will play a vital role in the administration of social grants. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing customer care services to clients at the local office.
  • Screening grant applications for eligibility and completeness.
  • Processing social grant applications efficiently.
  • Conducting quality control checks on grant applications.
  • Assisting with medical, beneficiary maintenance, and payment processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with Section 57 of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA).
