- Salary: R216,417 – R254,928 per annum (exclusive of benefits)

Minimum Requirements
To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4)
- Skills: Computer literacy is essential.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a vital role in the administration of social grants. Responsibilities include:
- Providing customer care services to clients at the local office.
- Screening grant applications for eligibility and completeness.
- Processing social grant applications efficiently.
- Conducting quality control checks on grant applications.
- Assisting with medical, beneficiary maintenance, and payment processes.
- Ensuring compliance with Section 57 of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA).
