Key Responsibilities:
- Operating equipment and managing packaging processes
- Implementing production plans for shifts
- Ensuring process quality and productivity
- Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards
- Performing administrative tasks related to process tracking and monitoring
- Managing PIMS & POMS and taking corrective actions
- Contributing to AB reports as needed
- Maintaining a safe work environment
Requirements:
- Minimum Grade 12 education
- At least 9 months of on-the-job training with completion of SKAP within 12 months
- Experience in the Packaging FMCG industry
- BAND: XI
