Responsible for recieving , handling and delivering of stock to various sites. | Duties & Responsibilities | Stock TransfersReceive orders at the stores and check deliveries in line with invoice and quality standardsEnsure all stock is stored in line with safety standards and that storage areas and equipment are cleaned, maintained and secureRespond and resolve queries in relation to maintenance stock, escalating any issues as required.Investigate and resolve and variances immediately.Stock ControlParticipate in stock takes on a monthly basis; and recounts when necessaryIdentify, investigate, and resolve any discrepanciesMaintain stock levels in line with operational requirements and ordersStock control records are maintained and filedObsolete stock for disposal is reportedConduct:Work in a flexible way when the occasion arises so that tasks, which are not specifically covered in the job description, are undertakenTake responsibility for one’s own performanceAdhere to the Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) Management System’s Policies & Procedures as applicable to this positionEnsure ethical values are adhered to. |
